Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

1. Exchange.

Warmyworld always wants to be able to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, therefore, we gladly alright to let you exchange your products for others within 24 hours after your successful order in cases:

  • Wrong style, size, or color. 
  • Wrong expected items.

Please contact detailing your desired product and the exchange reason.

In case you want to exchange for other sizes/designs after receiving your original order, we would like to give you a discount coupon to place a new order for the product you want.

2. Cancellation & Modifying The Order.

2.1 Cancellation.

We understand you will have a headache because of your wrong decisions. If you want to withdraw your purchase at Warmyworld, cancel your order within 24 hours after your successful order. Remember we can only process your cancellation within 24 hours,after that time frame, we cannot cancel your order since it is fulfilled in our system.

2.2 Modifying The Order.

If you realize that you need to change the information on your order, please contact our Customer Support team at within 12 hours to modify your order. If 12 hours have elapsed since your purchase, we will not accept any requirements about modifying the order.

3. Return.

We are so sorry to say that your order will not be returned once it has been successfully done shipping. 

However, if you prove that you have received from Warmyworld a product with poor quality or wrong design and convincing evidence. We will immediately reimburse you for a new item that meets your expectation and for sure you will not be charged a fee. 

You can keep the defective product as an apology from Warmyworld and also a reminder for us not to make the same mistake again.

4. Defective/ Incorrect/ Damaged/ Stolen/ Lost Items.

If your package is missed/stolen, please contact us at along with your ordering number. Once we have received your request email, we will work with you to handle the issue.

For the fastest resolution of defective/incorrect/damaged items, please send us an email that includes a couple of photos demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of items and a shipping label.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to handle your order, as well as eliminate errors in the future printing.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address Issue.

We will not issue any refund in case the order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.

In case your shipping address is incomplete and the parcel is kept at the Post Office, please contact your local Post Office to complete the address and request them to deliver your parcel.

Within 12 hours after placing an order, you should contact us as soon as possible to correct or complete your shipping address. Please keep in mind that after 12 hours, all information on the order cannot be changed, so you should check the tracking number to deal with your local post office.
